Our pricing policy is based on full transparency and precise determination of the scope of work before commencing. All estimates are prepared without hidden travel fees within the defined service area.

1. How prices are set
The final price is determined after a phone conversation or an on-site inspection of the premises. It includes cleaning staff labor, professional cleaning supplies used, equipment depreciation, and the disposal of collected household waste.
2. Payment methods
Settlement of obligations is possible in cash immediately upon completion of the service or via standard bank transfer upon invoice. Payment card details are neither stored nor processed on these pages.

3. Invoicing
We issue an invoice for every service provided. For legal entities, we issue natural support invoices in accordance with the Law on Natural Support Invoicing of the Republic of Serbia, with the standard payment deadline defined by contract.
4. Deposits and materials
For post-renovation deep cleaning projects scheduled over multiple workdays, we reserve the right to request an advance payment of up to thirty percent of the total estimated job value in order to reserve the time slot and procure dedicated materials.
5. Late payment
In the event of late payment against an issued invoice, statutory default interest is charged in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia, and further work on the premises is suspended until the debt is settled.
